Born from the belief that every farmer deserves clarity
S2H — Seed 2 Harvest — was built on a simple but powerful observation: farming in India doesn’t suffer from a lack of products or inputs. It suffers from a lack of clarity. Farmers receive mass advice that doesn’t account for their soil, their climate, their crop, or their season.
The right seed in the wrong soil at the wrong time will still fail. S2H exists to make sure that never happens to the farmers we work with.
We work closely with small and mid-scale farmers across Kutch and Gujarat — visiting their fields, understanding their land, and building crop-specific plans that are grounded in real outcomes, not theory.
From seed selection, sowing method, fertilizer scheduling, and pest management, right through to harvest — S2H stays involved at every stage. That’s what field-to-field consultancy actually means.

Anil Bhai
Founder & Lead Consultant · S2H
Amil Bhai built S2H from the ground up — literally. With over a decade of hands-on experience working alongside farmers across Kutch and Gujarat, he saw first-hand how good farmers with good land were being let down by generic advice and input-driven recommendations that ignored their actual field conditions.
His approach is built on observation first, recommendation second. Before suggesting a single seed or fertilizer, Amil Bhai walks the field, studies the soil, and understands the farmer’s goals. The result is guidance that actually works — not just guidance that sounds right.
He is the driving force behind the Anubhav Crop Show — an annual live field event where every recommendation S2H makes is demonstrated on real land before it is ever given to a farmer.
